- Event Information: When you create an event, we collect all the details you provide, including the title, description, date, time, and location. If you upload an event poster, we collect that image.

- Location Data: We collect your device's location if you grant us permission. This is used for features like showing events "Near Me", filtering events by a radius, and setting a physical address for an event you create. You can control location permissions in your device settings.
- Push Notification Token: To send you notifications about event updates, cancellations, or RSVPs, we use a device token for push notifications.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate and maintain the PG Social application.
- To allow you to create and manage your user profile and events.
- To personalize your app experience, for example, by providing recommendations based on your interests.
- To communicate with you, including sending important notifications about events you are attending or organizing.
- To ensure the security and integrity of our platform.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it in the following circumstances:
- With Other Users: Your public profile (username, photo, bio) and the details of public events you create are visible to other users of the app.
- With Service Providers: We use Firebase, a Google platform, for our backend services. This means your data is stored on Firebase servers and processed using their tools for authentication (Firebase Auth), database (Firestore), image storage (Firebase Storage), and notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- For Legal Reasons: We may share information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

We are committed to protecting your data. We leverage Firebase's robust security features to store and protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Access and Update: You can review and edit your own profile information at any time within the app.
- Location Services: You can enable or disable location services at any time through your mobile device settings.
- Communications: You will be able to manage your notification preferences within the app settings.

Our services are targeted at individuals aged 20-50 and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
